Business Education  We offer education to business owners, directors of enterprises, business men and those who desire modern methods of business management and technologies, modern experience and practical skill of leadership. We started this program through a grant from IRIS in 1997. We support entrepreneurs through a program “Entrepreneurs and Small Business”, how to chose a business strategy and computer and office technology.   The Russian—Swedish program “Develop your Business” In 2001, SIBE became the regional representative for the Russian—Swedish program “Develop your Business” for owners of companies, business men and directors of enterprises. In 2003, SIBE became one of the co-founders of the Russian—Swedish Company “OOO IFL-Russia”. More than 200 people have graduated from this program. In 2004, SIBE together with the Berlin Institute InBIT developed a new program “Effective Business Management”.
