Our students and the participants in our various programs are owners, managers, specialists, businessmen and entrepreneurs and those who want to become such have a great drive to improve their professional knowledge and self development. Together with them we can fulfill the goal of Higher Education in business and management and we can develop individualized instructions to meet the needs of various businesses. We have already seen a high demand in the market for graduates of SIBE because the business owners have already seen the high quality of our graduates. Our cooperative strategy for 2005 to 2007 is to strengthen our competence in our consumer oriented education. We continue to search for new and better methods of cooperation of educational development.
   
Our main goal
Our main goal is to be able to satisfy the educational needs of our clients. We make our priority to satisfy the individual needs of our clients and can develop a program of education to improve and strengthen the managerial effectiveness of both large and small businesses.
   
Our creed
Our creed is to receptive and flexible to meet all demands and requirement our clients and to be attentive to their needs. We arrange many different forms of payment and can arrange volume discounts for our repeat customers. We also have the ability to hire specialized professors and consultants who are able to provide our clients with a high level of specialized training to meet their educational needs, to improve problem solving skills and to strengthen business management.
   
Types and Areas of Study

At present we offer Higher Education in three specialties: Management Organization, Finance and Credit, and Applied Computer Technology in Economics and Marketing. We offer instruction for full time students during regular school hours, evening classes, correspondence classes and offer various programs of extended studies. The educational program lasts from three to five years depending upon specialty and kind of degree desired. Our graduates have the opportunity to receive a diploma from both SIBE and from the Moscow Institute of Economics and Statistics if they so desire. We also offer short term opportunities for continuing education in many different fields. Our faculty is also available for business consulting.
